Liberty Signa Resort Hotel by S.A.I.T. Studio Liberty Signa Hotel blends diverse cultures with modern design, using local stone for a distinctive touch. Rooms draw inspiration from local elements, preventing monotony with diverse approaches. Adaptable plants and consideration of animal habitats enhance the landscape. Armira Exclusive Villa Site by S.A.I.T. Studio Located in Arnavutkoy, Istanbul, Armira Exclusive offers a unique living experience that combines tranquility and luxury in the heart of nature. This boutique project consists of eight private villas, blending modern architecture with natural beauty. The design ensures a serene atmosphere, with expansive landscape areas, private gardens, and a layout that harmonizes with the surrounding environment, offering residents a peaceful retreat away from the stresses of city life. Armira Exclusive redefines luxury living, offering an exclusive escape where nature meets sophistication.

Royal Residential Complex by S.A.I.T. Studio Royal Residence is a modern residential complex featuring two 13 story towers and one 7 story tower, with 200 apartments, including villa style garden duplexes. The design focuses on efficient space utilization with a range of one bedroom to four bedroom units. Key amenities include a 2,200 square meter seawater pool, a 350 meter adventure canal for water sports, a children s pool, thermal pool, sports courts, Turkish bath, sauna, and expansive social areas, promoting a balanced and luxurious living environment. It offers a comfortable lifestyle in harmony with nature.

Palm 1890 Hospitality Residence by S.A.I.T. Studio Palm 1890 is a mixed use coastal development located in Alacati, Izmir. The project combines residential units and boutique hotel functions within a unified architectural composition shaped by the Aegean topography. A carefully stepped massing strategy ensures uninterrupted sea views for all units while supporting privacy and spatial clarity. Planted terraces and water features strengthen the connection between built form and landscape, creating a calm and climate responsive living environment that encourages outdoor continuity and year round usability across the site.

Villa Fortuna Private Residence by S.A.I.T. Studio Villa Fortuna is a comprehensive coastal renovation project that transforms an existing residence in Kas, Antalya through precise structural intervention and strategic level manipulation. The design elevates the main living space while lowering the terrace to strengthen the relationship between interior, pool and shoreline. Independent guest suites are positioned using the natural topography to maintain privacy and sea views. The use of locally sourced Kas stone and integrated outdoor living areas creates a resilient Mediterranean dwelling that responds sensitively to its coastal context.

Cu 29 Executive Office by S.A.I.T. Studio Cu 29 is an executive office designed to support business meetings and temporary residential use. The project combines a formal workspace with the comfort of a private suite. Hidden doors integrate living functions while preserving the perception of an office environment. Dark surfaces emphasize copper elements inspired by the clients work with copper, while framed city views and materials define the spatial character of the project. Handcrafted mosaic details introduce an artistic element within the space. Strategically placed mirrors extend the Istanbul view deeper into the interior.
