Graduate from Kanazawa Institute of Technology as a major in Industrial Design

In 2001, Has been engaged in branding and Graphic design in Japan.
Start working in Shanghai since 2009.
In 2016, Has worked as General Manager for GrandDesign in 2017.

Gift Box by Kazuo Fukushima

Pastry Gift Box by Kazuo Fukushima Mr. Qiao is a pastry brand of Yu Yuan. The brand is aiming to spread and generate a good word of mouth of the scenery spot and Shanghai city. The inspiration of the design comes from the historical architecture of Shanghai, represents the unique culture. The creative design absorbed the quintessence of the architecture which could be a symbolic image of old-Shanghai style, blended with the modern style. It makes the gift package attracted the tourists to purchase as local specialty.

Organic Rice Bag by Kazuo Fukushima This project is that packages the feelings of the makers who make delicious rice in Wuchang. The design idea is natural golden carpet. Created the design, which is associated with the scene where a vast rice field looks golden. The Package is a trimmed of a golden rice carpet. So the vacuum package shape is a block like cube. In addition, illustration of a duck is to prove organic farming. The design that simply packaged the value of organic farming in Wuchang.

Toothpaste Packaging by Kazuo Fukushima The Toothpaste packaging design idea is a watercolor tube. It reminds the fun of choosing colors when painting. The Toothpaste is a unique combination of natural ingredients and amino acids found. Therefore, the upper half of the Toothpaste packaging is a natural expression, and the under half is a science and technology expression. It is a design that combines two different elements into one. Finally, the brand mark combines two toothbrushes in the shape of a cross to simply design the insurance oral products.

Chilled Milk Carton by Kazuo Fukushima Tasty fresh milk can only be provided by cows raised in a good environment. And cows are free to access to mixed rations contain well balanced nutrients. Inspiration is the high quality cows of this product. The high quality is expressed in gold color printing, and the hand drawn illustrations express the tasty of nature. In addition, the grass in the mouth of the cow expresses the good breeding environment. The golden cow mark is a symbol of this product. And it is suitable for the Chinese market.

Made with 50% raw milk, it offers a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity for those aged 20-39. The product features stylish, portable packaging that leverages Japanese brand trust. Its design, with a white background and realistic strawberry illustrations, aims to provide a serene strawberry field experience, embodying freshness and luxury.

Chilled Milk Carton by Kazuo Fukushima To compete in China's high-end milk market, a unique technology created premium milk targets women aged 30-50, blending 100 percent raw milk with a nutrient-preserving concentration technology for rich flavor. The project redefines milk packaging, combining innovation and Japanese quality with a luxurious taste. The package's purple symbolizes nobility, enhanced by white and gold for elegance and quality, making the design distinctly memorable.

Snack Packaging by Kazuo Fukushima The Snack packaging rebranding transforms the visual identity of Haochidian, a well established Chinese snack brand. The design emphasizes a modern, playful approach with bold typography, a smile icon symbolizing joy, and floating visuals that highlight the crispy texture. Unique color palettes differentiate each flavor for easy recognition and strong shelf appeal. Embossed details and spot UV printing add a tactile, premium touch, enhancing consumer engagement. Balancing tradition and modernity, the packaging appeals to both loyal and younger consumers.

Spotlight Toothpaste Packaging by Kazuo Fukushima Spotlight is a toothpaste packaging design that transforms whitening efficacy into a visual experience. Instead of relying on conventional white imagery, the design uses light as a metaphor to communicate enzymatic activation and focused whitening performance. A radiant circular graphic and holographic surface effects create depth and precision, allowing functional benefits to be perceived at first glance. The system balances scientific credibility with shelf visibility, while maintaining consistency across product variations through a unified visual structure and controlled color accents.

Heritage Wrap Beverage Packaging by Kazuo Fukushima This beverage packaging design reinterprets a classic black tea latte through a contemporary graphic expression. Traditional ornamental motifs are abstracted into a continuous wrap pattern that enhances visibility from all angles while creating a rhythmic visual flow. A structured central label establishes clarity and hierarchy, balancing decorative richness with legibility. The design delivers a refined yet approachable presence, ensuring strong shelf recognition and visual consistency across diverse retail environments.
