A strong believer in Karma, Prashant enjoys sharing his thoughts with the aspiring architects at Rizvi College of Architecture, where he began his quest for lifelong learning. His curiosity towards the scriptures and spirituality are largely responsible for his minimalist and clutter- free approach to design.An avid traveler who thinks life is best lived out of a caravan and sees basking in sunlight as early morning Zen indulgence and not just stocking up on Vitamin D. Molten High Multi Storey Residential Building by Prashant Chauhan A parametric skin on the southwest staircase to bring in filtered light and ventilation as a contrasting character to the simple and refined array of window and balconies. The parametric skin is the highlight of the facade with its molten nature of clay explored with the more complex geometry and future technology of Cad Camdesigns.

Osia Villa Single Owner Luxury Residence by Prashant Chauhan A private property overlooking paddy farms spread over 28,000 Sqft of land. The design intends to marry the inside and outside blurring the boundaries of a sheltered home. The highlights of the villa are the two terraces, the east terrace with a breakfast setup and the west terrace on second level with a more of a sundowner vibe.

Ungrey Private Apartment in Mumbai by Prashant Chauhan The space is designed with color blocking as the main design feature which required working on the existing flooring and walls with micro-cement layer. The client expressed that they wanted to not live any more in a standard grey house which is the general trending design language and wanted to live in an artwork of a space.

Rustic Zen Private Home by Prashant Chauhan The Living area, visually an open space comprised of a family living, balcony, dining area, formal living and bar that can be enclosed with a sliding partition as and when required. The guest bedroom, powder toilet and kitchen are connected to this dining space which sorts the space movement and functioning of the home. The Family Room is the binding glue between the Bar, Balcony, Formal Living and Dining, with its large and plush seating that allows the entire family and extended family to sit together and connect.

4.56 JVPD Luxury Residential Apartments by Prashant Chauhan The Building consists of Luxury Apartments, one apartment on each floor and two duplex apartments. The internal floor plate is column free and allows complete flexibility to design the interiors. Each apartment gains maximum cross ventilation and day light with its open design scheme. The apartment also is designed with a balcony on east facade to bring in the best sun energy during the early hours of the day.

4.56 Interior Design by Prashant Chauhan The Lobby is white with maximum glass around to increase daylight. The space is designed with white walls and grey flooring and takes you to your apartment directly via a private lift. The space was designed with an inspiration of black and white era with large white surfaces and black used as art elements. The space has art from various artists.

Pearl White Residential Interior by Prashant Chauhan Pearl White is a residential interior organised around a circular layout that enables seamless movement, visual continuity, and an open connection to panoramic city and mountain views. Layered material choices, integrated artwork, and defined spatial zoning create a calm living environment. The design balances comfort with considered detailing, resulting in an urban home that prioritises spatial harmony, sensory balance, and long-term livability.
